Soldano 5Wのファイナル管を交換

ギャレットオーディオさんからパーツが届きました。
その中に6V6GTも買っておいたので、Soldano5Wのファイナル管を交換。
低音が少しか良くならんかなと期待をしております。



エレクトロハーモニクスのこの絵は何なんでしょうね。



で、さくっと入れ替え
音出してみましたが、希望通りの低音は得られず。
シングルなので、しょうがないのかもしれないけど
やっぱりアウトプットトランスを変えることにします。

Marshall ValveState10 8010 真空管アンプ化　もう一個入荷しました。
これはマスターボリュームが劣化して、25％以上から急に音量が大きくなります。
ポットが劣化していたので洗浄してみるとガリも取れましたし
そこそこ鳴りました。

これは外観はかなり綺麗です。

入荷後、雑巾がけ、基板洗浄、除菌、消臭、、、ばっちりです。
アンプっていつもおんなじ臭がするな
クロスも日焼けしていないし、

これで8010は5台目だな
なんか、ACインレットにアースがあるのと無いのがバージョン違いで存在するね
あと、ハンドルの金具がゴムカバーなのとそうではないのと

基板は変わらないみたいだね

さて、これで、パーツ揃えばJCM5Wが作れるぞ。
既にギャレットオーディオさんとラジオ少年さんには部品手配済み
あとはハンドキャリーのほうが都合がいい部品があるので
来月アキバに寄って買ってこようと思っています。

オークションで譲っていただいた
Marshall ValveState8010です。
この筐体やりやすくていいです。

スピーカーもそんなに悪くないし

とりあえず、出音確認しましたが、若干クリーンとドライブのゲイン差が気になりましたが
ダメなわけではないというところまで確認
どうせ内蔵入れ替えるので関係ないんですが、内臓はまた他の方に譲ろうかと思っているので
一応洗浄とチェックはします。

ここでEL84のファイナルになってるアンプを発見
しかもトランスの電圧が220Vくらい
面倒なフィードバックもない

EL34はヒーター電流がでかいし、トランスやらなにやらがちょっと高くなって作りにくくなる
その割に、そんなに良いか？ってかんじ

��V6GTは最高なんだけどFenderChampなんだよねー

ってことで、ファイナルはEL84に決定

プラン２を変更開始
アウトプットトランスも5ｋ：8　5W程度で豊富
電源トランスも220Vなら豊富
作りやすそうです。
EL84＝6BQ5で作例たくさんあるし



回路図書いてみた。
もしかすると、ヒーター電源の0V側はコンデンサ経由でアースするかもしれない
JCMのプリにシングルだけどEL84　悪くないな

プラン1、
前回作ったSOLDANO　5W。
これの出力トランスと6V6GTをエレハモにする。

プラン２、
JCM８００のプリと
EL34のアウトプットで７W程度を狙う。
回路図も書いたが、動くのか不安、、、
ダメなら6V6GTへ戻すことも視野に入れる。

プラン３、
素直にPLEXI　SEを作ってみる。

さて、パーツリストでも作るか。

出力管をどうするか、まだ迷ってます。
プッシュプルはやってみたいけど、
実のところ12AU7でギターアンプとして面白いのかと思っています。

前回作った６V6GTのSoldanoアンプは、
音は出たけどまだ未完成で、もうちょっと調整が必要だと思います。
出力トランスの貧弱さと、TADの6V6GTがダメ。

他のは低音出ないみたいだし。

調べていくと、プッシュプルは確かにいいんだけど、
シングル６V6も歪みやすく、面白いはずだそうだ、、、
そこに至っていないということか、

更にはEL34もヒーターを除けば、載せ替え可能らしく、
ただ、そのヒーターは2倍電流を食うので、トランス容量は当然足りない、、、、
1ピンと8ピンも短絡しておかなくちゃいけないみたいだし

この方がトランスも楽だし、回路も簡単になるし、
EL34で作れば他の管載せ替え出来そうだし

とりあえず、回路図を作ってみました。
まだ作ってないから、無責任モードです。

出力段はFireFryから12AU7のプッシュプル、
プリはPrexiSe、
電源は、ちょっと高め、出力段で300V弱狙ってます。
センドリターンとBrightはオリジナル、
多分クリーン鳴りそうなので、バイパスまでしてクリーンを鳴らすのはしないでおく。
リターンから突っ込むという手も無いでもない。

次はパーツですね。
