録音だとそこそこ低音出てますね。
耳ではイマイチなんだけど

クリーントーンが出ない、歪みジャンキー仕様になってしまっています。

小出力プッシュプル 真空管アンプをつくろう

さて、いろいろとデータ漁っていますが、
目標とするのはやっぱりJCM。
JCMの小出力といえば、JCM1でしょうね。

こいつのチューブの構成は、プリにECC83が2本で、
メインにECC82が1本、ここからは予測だが、おそらくは低音を稼ぐのにプッシュプルを選ぶだろう。
この価格ならオーダーでトランス巻いたっていいだろうしね。

プリの回路はplexi seを選択、ECC83/12AX7を2本。
メインはECC82/12AU7をプッシュプルで組もう。
出力トランスの選択肢がとにかく無い。

で、アウトプットトランス（プッシュプル用） KA-14-54Pを今の候補とする

10ｗもあるので、もうちょっと違う管を使ってみたくなるが、
6V6GTでも15Wになって、今度は電源トランスがでかくなって、
全体の価格を引き上げてしまうことになるので、ここはグッと我慢。
とにかく、市販品を買ったほうが良くなるという自体だけは避けたい。

このトランスはフルカバーだけど、￥3800と安価な部類。
周波数特性も高評価を得ている。
インピーダンスは14ｋΩ：4.8.16Ω。

電源トランスどうしようかな。
12AU7は300Vくらいが限度なので、AC100V:230Vで小容量でOKだね。

筐体がちょっと悩ましいけど、またVALVESTATE8010でも探しますか。

さて、ギターアンプを作ることは出来たが、
低音が、もうちょっと欲しい。
前回は６V6GTをシングルで作ったが、シングルは低音があまり強くはできない。
シングルが悪いわけではなく、プッシュプルアンプが低音の特性が良く、
どうやってもかなわないということらしい。

Soldano5Wアンプは真空管とスピーカーを少しいじって終了とするが、

次はJCM800をやってみようかと、

プリはJCM800で、メインは12BH7あたりでプッシュプルとしましょう。
また、同じ筐体が欲しいので、しばらくオークションを眺めるとしますか。

GAINのコンデンサのところが間違っていたので修正。
コンデンサにスイッチをつないでBrightスイッチとしました。
出力トランスも7ｋから5ｋへ。
6ｖ6GTの出力インピーダンスが5ｋΩなのでそれに合わせるんだということで、

Presenceはやっぱりいらない、
ナシでいいです。

最終的に、空中配線だけでは心もとないので、ホットメルトで部品を固定しています。

GAINをMINでもクランチ気味だけど、
こういうものとして使います。

Marshall ValveState10 8010 真空管アンプ化　ですが、
トーンの効きが悪いので、自分で追加したPRESENCEにバイパスを追加しました。
確かにPRESENCE動作するのですが、トーン全体が動いてしまうので、
バイパスしておくのもありだと思いました。
次作るときは、ここは省略ですね。

その代わり、ハイゲインしか選択肢がないので、クリーンとドライブの選択を、
トグルスイッチでできるようにするといいかもしれません。
もともと、Boostスイッチなので、意味合いも合います。

これはこれで面白いアンプになりました。
V2を12AT7にしてクリーンをボリュームで変更できるようにすれば、
それになりに使い物になると思います。
DSL15Cのウルトラゲインチャンネルと趣が似てるかもしれない。

プリの真空管の1ピンから順番に配線していきました。
PtoPでやりました。
音出しは一発で出ました。
今回はヒーターのアースを施したので、ノイズはかなり少なく、
まずは上々の出来上がり。
動作チェックのうち、Brightスイッチはいまいち、ONするとフルゲイン状態となるので、
あんまり使わないかなぁ。
BASSがあんまり効かないので、回路図を眺めているとMIDのボリュームの値が違った。
TREBLEも逆動作だったので、それぞれを修正。

トーン調整がちょっと難しいな。
PRESENCEはよく効くけど、これが余計に難しくしているような気もする。
Marshall純正のECC83が、雑というか軽いというか、やっぱり良くないので、
そのうち、エレハモの12AX7と6V6GTと替えたほうがいいな。

シングルのせいもあるんだろうけど低音がちょっと弱い。
ただ、この筐体なので、練習用としてはちょうどいい音量なので方向性はあってる。

歪みがきつすぎるかも、9時以上は歪みっぱなしで変化が得られないので、
2本目は12AT7あたりもいいかもしれない。
もうちょっと、コンデンサが熟れるまで待って見よう。
スピーカーもな、純正はしょぼいからな。

初めての真空管ギターアンプ、まあまあうまくいきました。

大体のパーツの取付と、電源回路の組み立てがほぼ完了しました。
まあまあ綺麗に並べられました。スペース的にもこんな感じでしょう。
スピーカーのジャックやら、PRESENCEのポッド取り付け穴やら、追いやられて位置変更をしながら。
シャーシの加工としてはほぼ完了かな。
残る工程はと、、、
真空管周り、ポッド周り、かな。
マイナス側電源、+B電源、ヒーター電源。
こんな感じで進めましょう。
先に、難しい方をやりましょうかね。
するってーと次は、真空管周りってことか。
