ギターの資金を捻出するのにコレクションを物色していましたが
物色しているうちにやっぱり惜しくなって、、、、
若干粉吹いていましたが、部品のあるうちに交換していたので
若干の使用感のあるレベルというところでしょう。

電池も、手持ちが一個だけあったので、交換すると問題なく作動！！

1994年1月に生産終了だそうで、え、もう20年、、、
ビンテージじゃないっすか、、

先日スクリューバックオープナーも買ったので、これから少しずつ復活させていこうとしています。

フロッグマンとかDW-5000が電池なくなっているのでね

今年のランを開始

まだ、自転車は乗れないんだけど

とりあえず、ひとっ走り行って風呂入ってからじっくり
返品も含め調査したところ
i-gotU Sportsが対応してた。

実際に他のでやった時、効果はあった　だが、耳たぶだったので上手く検出しないことが多くて
胸につけるタイプで再チャレンジします。

Marshall　JCM5W動画撮ってみた。
ハイゲインとCry Babyであっさりとマイケルシェンカーな音になります。
DSL来た時も出るんだなと思いましたが、こっちのほうがいいです。
ファイナルのEL84とアウトプットトランスの組み合わせと
意外とMarshallの純正スピーカーが悪く無いってことなんじゃないでしょうか。

多分、今後はプリはいろいろやっても
EL84のファイナルは定番化しそうです。
前に作ったSoldano5Wの6V6GTは少し軽い。

Marshall JCM5W 回路図 最終版

音がなったので、回路図最終版を載せておきます。
センドリターンがアースにつながってなかったり、接続すべきところが点をつけてなかったりと
修正は軽微ではありましたが、直してあります。

この図面でまずは音がなると思います。
ただ、ノイジーかどうか、ハイ落ちがどうのってあたりが
製作上のノウハウなんだなと思います。

Marshall JCM5W 概ね完成

ついに
Marshall　JCM5Wが完成しました。
テプラ貼り付けたり、配線まとめたり、レザーの剥がれを直したりと
若干の残件がありますが、音はでました。

マスターボリュームが効かず、
端子を成形するとちゃんと鳴るというアクシデントもありましたが
焦ったよー

ゲインをマックスにするとちゃんと歪みます。
JCMらしく、ハイゲインって言えばハイゲインだけど
モダンなハイゲインではないよねっていうくらい歪みます。

これくらいって限界っちゃあ限界なのかもしれません
これ以上行くと、何弾いてるかわかんなく鳴るのも事実です。

今回ファイナルに採用したEL84は結構暖かくなるんだね。
プレートが赤熱するわけじゃないけど
ヒーターがそこそこ大きくて、熱くするんだな。

JCMらしい音も出ているし、
ノグチのアウトプットトランスのおかげもあってか
低音がよく出ています。

もうちょっとボリュームあげたいけど、もう遅いのでまた後日

一番おもしろいアンプが出来たような気がします。

Marshall JCM5W V2からToneスタックへ

今回はV1からセンドリターンを通って
V2を配線
そこからトーンスタックまでと配線です。

このへんPtoPなんてカッコ良く言いますが
ただただ、はんだで部品と端子を結んでいくだけです。
多分、プリントパターンよりは隣の線と離れているし
断面積も大きいので、配線容量ができにくくハイ落ちしにくいのは確かだとは思いますがね

スズメッキ線はアースラインです。
本当は1本づつ配線するのが良いと思うのですが、
大変なので、スズメッキ線で裸でつなげていって
適当にケースに落としていきます。

迷走電流が云々あるようですが
メインはスズメッキ線を通しておいて、
微々たる電位差をケースが拾ってくれるという感じで、
十分だと思っています。

さて、次はファイナルチューブへの接続になっていきます。

Marshall JCM5W フロントパネルとの接続

今回は、インプットジャックやゲインボリュームへの接続に、
秘密兵器
MOGAMI 2944 Consoleを採用です。

シールドなので、インプットの微弱な信号をノイズから守りつつ、
初段のソケットターミナルまで配線できます。

ここがシールドじゃないと、発信してピーピーうるさい。

増幅後のゲインボリュームなどはシールドではなくてもいいのですが、
なんとなく、気持ち的にノイズは嫌なので、使ってしまいます。

センドリターン過ぎてV2に行ったら、使うのはやめてもいいかな。
シールド多用するとハイ落ちするしな。
